We started volleyball practice last Monday. I have to get up every morning at 7 and leave at seven thirty. No time to get prissyed up, especially for volleyball (LOL). Our coach, Coach Baker, is a really nice coach. She has us do a lot of drills, most of them are fun. She has been looking for the starting 6 for the line-up. I thought she was going to tell us today after practice since tomorrow is our first game, but apparently she forgot or planned to tell us tomorrow. Or she just decided to just stick us out there and let us figure it out (like my Dad said).

Our first game is tomorrow at the Lafayette High School gym at 5 o’clock tomorrow afternoon. All of you that are able to come, please come and cheer us on. If you’re for the other team, go away (LOL Just KiddingJ
). We are playing Tupelo. Coach said that their JV team looked pretty good, but she said she thinks that we are better. I’ve gotten more excited about volleyball because mostly all the girls are good and nice. Also because there is a spot open on the varsity team and everyone’s waiting to see who will get the spot if someone gets the spot. We also have a game on Thursday, the first day of school (UGH).
