Two Saturday’s ago I competed in the Clay County Talent Show in Piggott, AR. I sang “Sky Full of Angels” like I told you before. I was in the 13-21 division this year and was the youngest in my division (I’m thirteen). Mostly everybody did really well! There were two bands that played and both were pretty good, two tap dancers, a guy who did those little Rubik’s cubes, a girl played the piano REALLY good, a girl played the guitar and sang “Our Song” by Taylor Swift, a guy sang a country song, and then there was me and then a dance group. The results were…..dadadadadada………..
1st: The girl who played the piano
2nd: ME!!!!!!!
3rd: One of the girls that did a tap dance routine
The overall Clay County winner: The other girl who did a tap dance routine
Now I get to compete in Memphis at the Mid-South Fair. This is the last year that it will be held in Memphis. After this year, it will be held in Tunica, Mississippi from now on. It would be TOTALLY AWESOME if you came and watched me at the Mid-South Fair tomorrow, and if I make it to the next round tomorrow, I will compete again Saturday. If I place Saturday, then I will sing again Sunday(the last day of the competition. My grandparents for Piggott, Arkansas, and my grandfather and Aunt from Biloxi are all here to see me perform tomorrow. They also watched my volleyball game tonight against Olive Branch. WE WON!!! Well I need to go to bed to get some good rest for tomorrow………………write to y’all later!!!!
Love’s in the Air and Everywhere!!! ♥
By the way, sorry I haven’t written to y’all in forever. Been really, really busy lately.
Here’s the video:
